Section 20-37-3-3 - Reporting requirement; work based learning course; employment

An employer employing a student enrolled in a work based learning course in conjunction with the student's employment shall report the employment of the student to the department of workforce development in the manner prescribed by the department of workforce development under IC 22-4.1-4-14.
