Section 20-35-14-6 - [Effective 7/1/2024] The office shall:
(1) determine the cost of conducting hearings under this chapter; and(2) after July 1, 2025, assess each school corporation and charter school in the state, based on the weighted ADM count, a fee that is sufficient to cover the costs determined under subdivision (1).Added by P.L. 162-2024,SEC. 23, eff. 7/1/2024.
