Section 20-32-3-13 - State board adoption of rules

The state board shall, in cooperation with the Indiana commission for career and technical education within the department of workforce development, adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to implement this chapter, including rules concerning the administration of the secondary level certificates of achievement by the department of workforce development.
