Section 20-30-7-5 - Joint summer school program

A school corporation may enter into an agreement with:

(1) another school corporation;

(2) a state accredited nonpublic school; or

(3) both entities described in subdivisions (1) and (2);

to offer a joint summer school program for high school students.
