Section 20-30-17-3 - Instruction on academic standards; child abuse and child sexual abuse instruction

Nothing in this chapter may be construed to prohibit a teacher from providing instruction on academic standards developed by the department under IC 20-31-3-2 or instruction required under IC 20-30-5-5.7.
