Section 20-27-12.1-2 - "Career and technical education" As used in this chapter, "career and technical education" refers to:
(1) an apprenticeship program (as defined in IC 20-43-8-0.3);(2) a career and technical education (as defined in IC 20-20-38-1) program;(3) a modern youth apprenticeship (as defined in IC 20-51.4-2-9.5); and(4) a work based learning course (as defined in IC 20-43-8-0.7).Amended by P.L. 162-2024,SEC. 14, eff. 7/1/2024.Added by P.L. 155-2020,SEC. 11, eff. 7/1/2020.
