Section 20-24.5-3-5 - Student admissions(a) A student who applies for admission to the academy must: (1) be eligible to attend a public school in Indiana;(2) demonstrate exceptional intellectual ability; and(3) demonstrate a commitment to scholarship.(b) A student shall be admitted without regard to sex, race, religion, creed, national origin, or household income.Pre-2007 Higher Education Recodification Citation: 20-12-14.5-3.
