Section 20-22-2-6 - Students admitted to school Subject to:
(1) a student's: (A) individualized education program;(B) service plan developed under 511 IAC 7-34; or(C) choice scholarship education plan developed under 511 IAC 7-49; and(2) the school's admissions criteria adopted by the board under IC 20-22-3-10(a)(4); the executive shall receive as a student in the school an Indiana resident who is a school age individual with a hearing disability.
