Section 20-20-38-11 - Legislative budget requests

Upon request of the budget director, the state board shall prepare a legislative budget request for state funds for secondary and postsecondary career and technical education. The budget director shall determine the period to be covered by the budget request. This budget request must be made available to the cabinet before the request's review by the budget committee.
