Section 20-19-2-14.7 - Civics education standards; authorization of the general assembly(a) Not later than July 1, 2022, the state board shall, in coordination with the department, establish standards for civics education.(b) The standards established under subsection (a) and in effect on July 2, 2022, may only be changed by the express authorization of the general assembly.Added by P.L. 39-2021,SEC. 1, eff. 4/8/2021.
