Section 20-19-10-6 - Removal; vacancies(a) A member of the commission appointed under section 3(5) through 3(9) of this chapter may be removed from the commission by the member's appointing authority for just cause.(b) Vacancies in the appointments to the commission shall be filled by the appointing authority.
