Section 2-5-47-8 - Providing data, documents, and information to task force

The following shall provide the task force the data, documents, and other information that the task force deems necessary to perform the task force's duties under section 7 of this chapter:

(1) The office of the secretary of family and social services.

(2) The Indiana department of health.

(3) The department of insurance.
