A governmental entity shall provide the legislative services agency with information requested by the legislative services agency not later than thirty (30) days after receiving the request. However, immediately before and during a session of the general assembly, a governmental entity shall work with the legislative services agency to provide information as soon as practicable in less than thirty (30) days, as needed, to accommodate the legislative schedule.
