Section 2-5-1.3-2 - "Standing committee" As used in this chapter, "standing committee" means the following:
(1) A standing committee established under the rules of the senate to consider bills during a regular session of the general assembly.(2) A standing committee established under the rules of the house of representatives to consider bills during a regular session of the general assembly.Added by P.L. 53-2014, SEC. 6, eff. 3/24/2014.
