Section 2-5-1.2-8.6 - Expiration of terms(a) Subject to subsections (b) and (c), a member of a committee serves a two (2) year term that expires on June 30 of an odd-numbered year. A member may be reappointed to serve successive terms.(b) A member of a committee serves at the pleasure of the appointing authority.(c) A member of a committee established by statute in an even-numbered year serves a one (1) year term that expires on June 30 of the following year.Added by P.L. 42-2024,SEC. 4, eff. 3/11/2024.
