Section 2-5-1.1-12.1 - Video or audio coverage of legislative sessions and activities

The legislative council may contract with the office of technology established by IC 4-13.1-2-1 or another public or private person to provide video or audio coverage, or both, over the Internet or another broadcast medium of any of the following:

(1) Sessions of the general assembly.
(2) Other legislative activities authorized by the legislative council.
