Section 2-2.2-6-1 - Distribution of literature by members This article does not prohibit a member from distributing literature that is:
(1) available to residents of Indiana without cost from the state and stamped "Distributed by (insert the name of the member)"; or(2) otherwise distributed as authorized by the general assembly by law, prevailing rule of the chamber in which the member serves, or resolution of the legislative council.Added by P.L. 123-2015, SEC. 2, eff. 7/1/2015.
