Section 2-2.2-4-8 - Duties of office The office shall do the following:
(1) Assist and advise members in understanding the ethics rules of their respective houses.(2) Assist and advise members in completing the statement of economic interests required by IC 2-2.2-2.(3) Assist and advise the ethics committees.(4) Other duties relating to legislative ethics assigned by the legislative council.Added by P.L. 123-2015, SEC. 2, eff. 7/1/2015.
