Section 2-2.2-2-8 - Member required to file affidavit with lobbyist who provides more than 25% nonlegislative income(a) A member of the general assembly shall, not later than January 20 of each year, file an affidavit with any lobbyist who has provided more than twenty-five percent (25%) of the member's nonlegislative income during the previous year.(b) An affidavit required by this section must state the following:(1) The name and address of the member of the general assembly.(2) That the lobbyist provided more than twenty-five percent (25%) of the member's nonlegislative income.(3) The position or service for which the lobbyist provided the income.Added by P.L. 123-2015, SEC. 2, eff. 7/1/2015.
