Section 2-1-9-8 - Number of house districts

Indiana is divided into one hundred (100) house districts as described in:

(1) IC 2-1-12, before November 8, 2022; and

(2) IC 2-1-14, after November 7, 2022.

From each of these districts there shall be elected one (1) representative of the house of representatives of the Indiana general assembly.
