Section 16-42-17-3 - Manufacture, distribution, sale, or use not prohibited

A person who is engaged in the manufacture, sale, distribution, or use of sodium saccharin, N.F. may not be prohibited from the manufacture, sale, distribution, or use of sodium saccharin, N.F. within Indiana.
