Section 16-41-22-3 - Governing body

As used in this chapter, "governing body" means the following:

(1) County executive of a county.

(2) City-county fiscal and legislative body of a consolidated city.

(3) Fiscal and legislative body of a city.

(4) Town fiscal and legislative body.
