Section 16-27-5-5 - Participating provider(a) Any health care provider licensed under this title or IC 25 may apply to become a participating provider in the networks described in this chapter provided the services the provider contracts for are within the lawful scope of the provider's practice.(b) This section does not require a plan or network to provide coverage for any specific health care service.Added by P.L. 143-2022,SEC. 46, eff. 7/1/2022.
