Section 16-25-7-3 - Plan of careThe hospice program must:
(1) include in the plan of care the professional disciplines that will furnish the care to the patient and the frequency of visits proposed to be furnished; and(2) advise the hospice program patient of any change in the plan of care.As added by P.L. 256-1999, SEC.17.
