Section 16-20-3-8 - Meetings; call; quorum(a) Meetings may be called by any of the following:(1) The chairman.(2) Four (4) members of the multiple county board of health.(3) The local health officer.(b) A majority of the members constitutes a quorum for the transaction of business.
