Section 16-18-2-282.2 - "Physician last in attendance"(a) "Physician last in attendance" means the individual who pronounced the time of death for a deceased individual.(b) For purposes of IC 16-37-3, the term includes an individual who holds any medical license issued under IC 25-22.5.Added by P.L. 156-2011, SEC. 9, eff. 7/1/2011.
