Section 15-18-2-24 - Milk or cream tester's license

A license shall be issued to an applicant for a milk tester's license or cream tester's license if the applicant:

(1) complies with section 19 of this chapter; and

(2) pays to the creamery license division a fee of fifteen dollars ($15).
