Section 15-17-17-6 - Appeal to board

Any person who is aggrieved by the enforcement of any rule adopted by the board or any order of the state veterinarian or the board may appeal to the board for a review of the enforcement or order. The board may review the enforcement or order on appeal and affirm, modify, or reverse the enforcement or order appealed from.
