Ind. Code § 15-11-8-6

Section 15-11-8-6 - Department's powers

The department may:

(1) employ persons;

(2) make expenditures;

(3) require reports and records;

(4) make investigations; and

(5) take other action;

that the department considers necessary or suitable for the proper administration of this chapter.
