Section 14-8-2-152 - "License"

"License" has the following meaning:

(1) For purposes of IC 14-11-3-1, the meaning set forth in IC 14-11-3-1.

(2) For purposes of IC 14-11-4, the meaning set forth in IC 14-11-4-3.
