Section 14-8-2-125 - "Historic site" "Historic site" has the following meanings:
(1) For purposes of IC 14-21-1, means a site that is important to the general, archeological, agricultural, economic, social, political, architectural, industrial, or cultural history of Indiana. The term includes adjacent property that is necessary for the preservation or restoration of the site.(2) For purposes of IC 14-22-6, the meaning set forth in IC 4-37-1-7.Pre-1995 Recodification Citations: 14-3-3.3-1(h); 14-3-3.4-1 part.
