Section 14-26-1-11 - Cooperation with federal government not authorized(a) This section applies to the following multipurpose reservoirs that have been authorized for construction by the United States Congress: (b) Notwithstanding Acts 1967, c.100, s.3, Acts 1969, c.434, s.3, and Acts 1969, c.434, s.4, the department may not: (1) cooperate with the United States or an agency of the United States in the planning, construction, operation, or maintenance of;(2) enter into, on behalf of the state, an agreement with the United States or an agency of the United States relating to; or(3) pay a share of the costs for water supply or recreation of; a reservoir subject to this section.
