Section 14-25.5-2-3 - Notice of violation; contents
A notice of violation issued under this chapter must include the following:
(1) The nature of the violation.(2) The action that is appropriate to mitigate the violation.(3) The date by which the violation must be mitigated.(4) The procedure to obtain administrative review if a person is aggrieved by the issuance of the notice of violation.
