Section 14-25.5-2-1 - Inspection to determine violation

A division inspector or a person authorized by the department may at any reasonable time enter upon public or private property to determine if there is a violation of:

(1) an article listed in IC 14-25.5-1-1; or

(2) a rule adopted under an article listed in IC 14-25.5-1-1.
