Section 14-25-4-16 - Violations; injunctions(a) A person who violates a rule or order adopted under this chapter concerning a ground water emergency commits a Class A infraction.(b) The commission may, without proof of irreparable injury, maintain an action to enjoin a violation of this chapter.Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-2-2.5-9.
