Section 14-22-34-9 - Unlawful taking or possession of nongame species Except as provided in rules adopted by the director:
(1) a person may not take, possess, transport, export, process, sell, or offer for sale or shipment nongame species considered by the director to be in need of management under this section; and(2) a common or contract carrier may not knowingly transport or receive for shipment nongame species considered by the director to be in need of management under this section.Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 14-2-8.5-4.
