Section 14-22-34-21 - Entrance fees

If the commission establishes entrance fees for admission to fish and wildlife areas, the fees shall be deposited in the fund. However, the holder of a hunting or fishing license under this article may not be charged a fee for admission to fish and wildlife areas.
