Consent of Indiana is given to the acquisition by the United States, by purchase, gift, devise, or lease, of the areas of land and water in Indiana that the United States considers necessary for the establishment of migratory bird reservations in accordance with 16 U.S.C. 715 et seq. reserving, however, to Indiana full and complete jurisdiction and authority over all the areas not incompatible with administration, maintenance, protection, and control of the areas by the United States under 16 U.S.C. 715 et seq.
