Section 14-22-25-1 - Applicability of chapter This chapter does not apply to the following:
(1) Animals imported into Indiana for the purpose of being confined and exhibited in a zoo or other public display of animals.(2) Other animals that the department designates.(3) Animals regulated under IC 14-22-31-7.(4) Game birds under a game breeder's license issued under IC 14-22-20.Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 14-2-7-20(2).
