Section 14-22-21-2 - Issuance; fee(a) The department may, under rules adopted under IC 4-22-2, issue to a person, upon payment of a minimum fee of fifteen dollars ($15), a license to possess for taxidermy purposes a wild animal or the hide or skin of a wild animal: (1) protected by Indiana law; and(2) during the closed season for the animal.(b) The fee in subsection (a) is subject to IC 14-22-2-10.Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 14-2-7-9(1).
