Section 14-22-20-3 - Importation of out-of-state animals

An animal raised domestically by an out-of-state breeder may be imported into Indiana. A purchaser of such an animal raised domestically by an out-of-state breeder must be able to show legal proof of out-of-state origin for all animals possessed.
