Section 14-22-15.5-2 - License requirement(a) An individual may not provide hunting guide services without a hunting guide license issued under this chapter.(b) The director shall issue a hunting guide license to an applicant upon the applicant's submission of an application that includes all information required by the director and payment of the fee described in section 3 of this chapter.Added by P.L. 154-2019,SEC. 3, eff. 7/1/2019.
