Section 14-22-13-10 - Penalties(a) A person who knowingly or intentionally fails to comply with the requirements of:(1) a license issued under this chapter;(3) rules adopted under this article to implement this chapter; is subject to suspension or revocation of the person's license.
(b) A license revoked under this section may not be reinstated.(c) A person who knowingly or intentionally violates this chapter commits a Class A misdemeanor.Added by P.L. 165-2011, SEC. 15, eff. 7/1/2011.
