Section 14-20-15-3.3 - Commission is successor to Lewis and Clark Bicentennial Commission; service of members(a) The commission is the successor in interest to all property, rights, contracts, liabilities, obligations, and duties of the Lewis and Clark bicentennial commission established by P.L. 7-2001.(b) A member of the Lewis and Clark bicentennial commission established by P.L. 7-2001 becomes a member of the commission without reappointment by the appointing authority.
