Section 14-20-15-11 - Voting and nonvoting members; term of members(a) Each member of the commission who is a member of the general assembly is a nonvoting member.(b) The affirmative votes of a majority of the voting members appointed to the commission are required for the commission to take action on any measure, including final reports.(c) A member of the commission serves at the pleasure of the person who appointed the member.As added by P.L. 54-2004, SEC.5.
