The money in the fund may be expended by the director exclusively for the operation of the state parks and reservoirs. The director shall submit, in accordance with IC 4-12-1, a suggested budget for appropriations and expenditures from the fund. The director shall use money appropriated by the general assembly from the fund to the department in accordance with this chapter and the terms of the appropriation.
