Section 14-19-3-3 - Motor vehicle towing unoccupied vehicle considered one vehicle

If a motor vehicle is towing an unoccupied motor vehicle, the two (2) motor vehicles are considered one (1) motor vehicle for the purpose of calculating the admission fee to a state park or recreation area.
