Section 14-18-6-2 - "Interested person" defined(a) As used in this chapter, "interested person" means:(1) the owner of real property; or(2) the owner of an easement for public park purposes in, over, or through any real property;
bordering on Lake Michigan.
(b) The term includes a unit (as defined in IC 36-1-2-23).
