Section 14-12-4-8 - Voting members; number of votes required to take action(a) The members of the task force appointed under section 3(a)(2) through 3(a)(14) of this chapter are voting members.(b) The chairperson appointed under section 3(a)(1) of this chapter is authorized to vote only when voting by the members of the task force appointed under section 3(a)(2) through 3(a)(14) of this chapter results in a tie vote.(c) The affirmative votes of a majority of the members of the task force are required for the task force to take action on any measure, including the report required by section 9 of this chapter.Added by P.L. 160-2021,SEC. 15, eff. 4/29/2021.
