Section 13-30-7-5 - Public access to reports(a) Before March 2 of each year, the department shall:(1) file a report with the governor concerning any business required to correct a violation under section 1 of this chapter during the preceding year; and(2) make the report available for public inspection.(b) The report must include a summary of: (2) corrections for violations; and(3) penalties; imposed for each business.
